CHECK-IN POLICY

1.1 Check-in
Check-in Method: Self-Check-in
Standard Check-in Time: From 2:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Early Check-in: Subject to availability. While we do our best to accommodate early arrivals, we are unable to check guests in before 12:00 PM (noon)
Early Check-in Surcharge (if applicable):

1.2 Check-out
Standard Check-out Time: Before 12:00 PM (noon) on the day of departure.
Late Check-out Surcharge (if applicable):

| From 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM | 50% of the nightly room rate |
| After 6:00 PM | 100% of the nightly room rate |
Note: Surcharges are based on the rate of your booked room category.
1.3 Check-in Procedures
When checking in, please provide your booking code (sent via email from OTAs such as Booking.com, Agoda, or directly from Montmartre de Sapa), or offer one of the following:
- Phone number or email address used to book
- Full name of the guest who made the booking
- Check-in and check-out dates
Identification Requirements:
- All guests must present valid identification: Citizen ID (CCCD), passport, or a birth certificate for children.
- In cases where a child’s birth certificate or ID is unavailable, we will estimate their age based on height:
- Under 6 years old: under 110 cm
- 6 years and older: over 110 cm
Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in. If under 18, a confirmation letter from a parent or legal guardian is required.
- Policy for changing check-in/ check-out dates
If you need to adjust your arrival or departure date, please contact our Reservations team as early as possible. All requests are subject to room availability and the following terms:
2.1 Notification period
At least 72 hours (3 days) before your original check-in: We will assist with rescheduling based on room availability.
Less than 72 hours before check-in: We will try our best to accommodate your request, but changes are not guaranteed. A change fee may apply, depending on the situation and room rate difference.
2.2 Change conditions
Changes to check-in or check-out dates are allowed once per reservation.
Changes are not allowed for promotional, discounted, or non-refundable bookings.
During peak periods, holidays, or Tet, date changes may be restricted and subject to additional fees.
2.3 Important notes
Montmartre de Sapa reserves the right to modify or discontinue this policy at any time without prior notice.
We are not liable for changes caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, epidemics, etc.
